Through a series of unfortunate events, we will be cancelling the REALvolution 2010 event planned for November 6th, 2010.
In recent weeks, we have had two of our major sponsors withdraw their financial support due to the current economic situation. They will remain unnamed, but know they fully support REAL and all our efforts and will be sponsoring future events as the market turns towards a positive direction.
We are all very sorry for the inconvenience and please know that this decision does not come without deep sadness on our end. We will move forward with the same dignity, perseverance and dedication to our athletes, vendors and industry the way we have in the past.
We pride ourselves with being direct and forward with our communications and to do the best we can for ALL our athletes. With this in mind, we have developed the best resolution for this unfortunate situation:
For EVERY registered athlete, we will provide:
A full refund of all monies spent towards the REALvolution
Send a gift bag full of things from our various sponsors (min $100 value)
Free entry to any future REAL event
Award a partial cash sponsorship to that REAL event to assist in compensation for travel
Award free competition tanning through Liquid Sun Rayz at their next REAL event
Hold two free VIP tickets for the athlete's spectators at their next REAL event
We send our apologies to those prepping for this event, and even to those who are prepping but did not register. This is unfortunate and we have extended what we can to remedy the situation. Please feel free to contact the REAL team with any questions regarding this matter.
We do have two amazing events already planned and fully paid for in the beginning of 2011. The REAL Deep South will be held in April and the Lone Star Weekend will be held in Houston in August. Both will host all our fantastic divisions of Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness Models and REAL Beauty as well as our REAL Deal Challenge.
